This is about the shipment of your orders and their delivery to you.
Shipment of products
We ship & deliver our products worldwide with DHL. The billing policy varies according to the order destination. Specifically:
For orders that are shipped within Greece: 4,00€
For orders that are shipped to the rest of the world: The cost will vary between 10,00€ and 30,00€ depending on the shipping address.
The exact shipping costs will be calculated each time on the checkout page of our electronic store.
We use DHL to deliver the goods to you. We trust DHL to offer one of the best carrier services in the world. However, if your order has not been delivered to you after an unusual amount of days – for example, more than 3-4 days for deliveries within Greece, or more than 10 days for worldwide destinations – please contact us with an email at [email protected] or through our contact form.

We make every effort to post orders as soon as possible, on the same day of purchase or within one working day. Please check the delivery address carefully when you place the order. The goods you order will be delivered to the dispatch address you give when you place your order. Once you have received your confirmation email, we can’t change the details of the order (product, quantities or delivery address).
Shipment tracking
Once the goods of your order have been shipped you will receive an email from us with the notice “order shipped”. In there you will be provided with the tracking number of your order. You can then go to our shipment tracking page and monitor the shipment of your order.
