Directions for use:

Wash the sponges thoroughly before first use. Add a small quantity of bath foam and massage your body with circular moves. Wash them off after each use and let them dry naturally.

Quick tip:

The Caribbean sea sponge comes with a hanging cord which will be particularly useful for hanging and drying it. Drying your sponge is essential in order to prolong its life and maintain hygiene.

How to clean and maintain your Mediterranean sponge combo.

Make sure you thoroughly rinse out your sponge with water each time after using it and let it dry naturally on a clean surface. This will help to keep it in the best condition for as long as possible.

It’s also important, however, to disinfect it regularly – at least once every 2-3 weeks if used daily – to prevent bacteria building up.

Here’s a good way to disinfect your sea sponge:

  1. Put the sponge into a bucket with water and vinegar, a 10:1 analogy, and leave to soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove it from the bowl and squeeze it to remove excess liquid.
  3. Set out to dry on a clean surface, such as the bathtub, or hang out to dry using the hanging cord.
  4. Use again. The sponge should be as good as new.
